Many people do not know when it is time to replace their roofs. Most of the roof damage is done before anyone at ground level will notice it. Here are a few signs that your roof may need replacing.

 If you have buckling, curling or blistering shingles; this tells you that your shingles have lived out their life expectancy.

Lose materials around your pipes or chimney and other penetrations.

Excessive amounts of granules from your shingles in your gutters.

And be sure to check the interior of you home for water damage along your walls and ceilings.
