We’re seeking a motivated commercial sales associate to support and grow our commercial exterior business. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with general contractors, reviewing project opportunities and assisting with the sales process from bid to completion.

• Requires a valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret building plans, specifications and bid documents
• Develop, maintain and grow relationships with general contractors and project partners
• Identify new commercial project opportunities
• Assist in preparing estimates, proposals and bid submissions
• Communicate with internal teams to support project execution
• Represent Legacy Exteriors in a professional and ethical manner

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand commercial building plans
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, construction and/or exterior industry experience preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficient with basic computer systems and email

We’re seeking experienced siding, window, roofing and gutter installers to join our growing exterior construction team. This position is responsible for installing high-quality systems on residential and commercial projects while maintaining safety, craftsmanship and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install various siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, metal, etc.)
• Read and follow job specifications and project plans
• Ensure proper installation techniques, weatherproofing, and finishing details
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work efficiently to meet project timelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
