Josh Gauwitz

Josh Gauwitz got started in exterior remodeling when he started working for two different home improvement companies. In addition to honing his skills, he also got a first-hand education on how to run an exterior remodeling business, and what to avoid.

From the get go, Josh’s number one belief has been that the homeowner always comes first, and the work done always needs to be of the highest caliber. What this means is that Josh never cuts corners, so every remodeling project is perfectly done — both on the visible portion of the home, as well as everything underneath that nobody can see. Josh cares about the project as a whole, and the workmanship that goes into a renovation (whether it’s roofing, siding, windows, or a deck) needs to last as long as possible.

A LITTLE MORE BACKGROUND
Josh Gauwitz opened his home exterior company in 2005, providing homeowners with gutter systems and gutter protection. In 2008, due to greater need, the business expanded in to all aspects of exterior remodeling and repair, and Legacy Exteriors, LLC was formed.

Josh is proud that Legacy Exteriors is a family-owned and operated business, and he is involved in every aspect of the day-to-day operations. He lives in McFarland, WI, with his wife, Kayla, and their four children.
