Welcome back to our series on Eze-Breeze windows.
In Part 1 of our series, we covered the Vertical Four-track Panel series. In Part 2, we shift our attention to the Side Slider Panel series, which offers a wide-open view of the outdoors. Available in both two- and four-track models, the side slider series has full-length panels that move back and forth easily (thanks to corrosion-free nylon rollers), and latch securely in place for security you can depend on. Made with 10-mil memory vinyl, instead of glass, these windows are designed to provide a floor-to-ceiling view — in large part thanks to the fact that they are much lighter (and less expensive) than tempered glass.
Additional Benefits:
- Can be mounted outside or inside
- Vents easily slide right or left with the touch of a finger
- Safeguards people, pets & furniture by eliminating 99% of UV rays
- 1″ nominal installation flange
- Available in 2-track (with a 1 5/8″ frame depth), or 4-track (with a 3 3/8″ frame depth)
- Upgraded 1816 mesh screens are standard
- Tough, 10-mil memory vinyl returns to its original shape if impacted
- These windows/screens are an excellent barrier against inclement weather and outdoor pests
- You can select your level of privacy with various tints
A Word on Sizing
Eze-Breeze horizontal side slider panels are custom made to fit the exact window opening of your screened-in porch. That said, they must be within the minimum/maximum specifications listed here. Note: all of the listed dimensions are for the actual unit size (a.k.a. make size).
R-value Rating of Eze-Breeze Products
Eze-Breeze products are not rated for R-value, and they are not intended to be used in all-season room applications. If this is something you’re interested in, just let us know and we can share more info regarding all-season rooms. You can also check out this page to learn the differences between 3-season and all-season rooms.
Mix & Match Your Colors
One of the great perks of Eze-Breeze products is the ability to choose different tints — whether it’s for entire walls, or for individual vents. For example, some Madison homeowners like to have us place the darkest tint on the top panels of each unit to block sun glare, while leaving the remaining panels clear for an unobstructed view.
